Refund policy

Returns will be gladly accepted within 10 calendar days (shipped by) from the date of receipt of delivery and/or within 10 days of in person sales.

Items being returned or exchanged must be in the same condition received, i.e., unworn or unused, with attached tags, and/or in its original packaging. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfumes or stains of any kind will be accepted. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damaged items, or wrong items sent must be reported via e-mail to Kristina@urbntrend.com within seven days of receipt of your order along with photos of any damaged product.

All sale items are final.

If you received a gift and would like to return it, it will be processed in the form of a store credit. All gifts must not be worn, tags attached, and in the same condition when sold.  

To start a return please notify us @ Kristina@urbntrend.com that you will be returning an item(s).

Please forward return tracking information if applicable to Kristina@urbntrend.com. Urbn Trend is not responsible for lost packages being sent or returned via USPS or UPS.

Please e-mail Kristina@urbntrend.com for return shipping address and/or you may ship your return to the address on your shipping label.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days, but typically are completed same day of receipt of return.  A credit will automatically be applied to the original method(s) of payment.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed by your bank.
